One day, Julia took off all her masks. She was scared because no one had ever seen her without a mask. Not even Julia herself! But something wonderful happened. Not wearing a mask was relaxing. Julia felt light and carefree. And then, something magical happened. By being herself, Julia spread love to everyone around her. People saw the real Julia and loved her just as she was. Julia was happy, and her happiness made everyone else happy too. And so, Julia learned that the best way to make others happy is to be happy yourself. And she lived happily ever after, without any masks. The end.

They asked all their friends – the octopus, the crab, and even the old seahorse. Everyone helped, but the shell was still gone. 4. The turtle, who was very wise, came over. "Did you look in the ocean current?" he asked slowly. "Sometimes the current takes things far away." 5. The dolphin was very fast. "I will swim and look for your shell in the current, Starfish," he said. Dolphin zoomed through the water, looking everywhere, following where the current went. 6. After a long time, Dolphin saw it! Starfish's shell was stuck in some seaweed, far away. He carefully took it and swam back quickly. 7. When Dolphin came back with the shell, Starfish was so happy! She hugged Clownfish, thanked Turtle, and gave Dolphin a little push with her starfish arms. "Thank you, my friends!" she cried. "You saved the day!" From that day on, Starfish loved her shell even more, and she always remembered how kind her friends were.

By doing this he made yummy sugar to eat! That’s how Mr. Tree grew taller and taller and taller. But Mr. Tree wasn’t just making food for himself—he was also giving back to the world. As he grew, he would recycle the air, sending out clean air for everyone to breathe. “Here you go!” People, animals, and plants all needed Mr. Tree’s hard work to stay happy and healthy. But one day, Mr. Tree noticed something was wrong. People were burning things like gas to power their cars, factories, and machines, and it was leaking tons and tons of bad air! “Uh-oh, this is a big problem!” Too much bad air traps the Earth, similar to a heated blanket. This makes the planet hotter, called climate change, which is not good for anyone—people, animals, or plants like Mr. Tree. From then on, whenever people walked by, they’d smile and say, “Thank you, Mr. Tree!” And Mr. Tree would smile back, knowing everyone was learning how important trees are. So remember, kids: take care of trees, because they help us breathe and keep the Earth happy and healthy!

David is Lisa's dad. They eat very healthily together.
